Introducing “My Dog’s Safe Place: A Photo Gallery”

I have a new resource page on the blog:

My Dog’s Safe Place: A Photo Gallery

Thank you to all the wonderful people who let me publish photos of their fearful or sensitive dogs’ hideouts and quiet, comfy places.

And here is the second part of this project:

Helping a Fearful Dog Feel Safe

This post delineates what “keeping the dog feeling safe” can actually look like. What do our fearful dogs need? How can we best help them? And what methods would it be better to leave behind forever?

In the meantime, enjoy the gallery. Kudos to these generous and creative people for helping their dogs feel safe.
